Mandatory Administrative Protocol & Notice of Liability

This protocol governs all requests for meetings, appointments, or service of process regarding the DANIEL WAYNE GARD ESTATE and the GARD FAMILY TRUST. All actors, agents, and entities are hereby notified that no unscheduled visitors, telephonic solicitations, or in-person presentments will be acknowledged.

I. Prerequisites for Appointment Requests

Any party seeking an audience or attempting service must submit a formal written request via U.S. Certified Mail containing:

• Full legal name, verified contact information, and proof of standing.
• A detailed Statement of Purpose (Nature of claim, service, or administrative inquiry).
• Identification of all parties present or represented in the matter.
• Comprehensive disclosure of all documents, warrants, or instruments to be discussed.
• Three (3) proposed dates/times for a scheduled teleconference or hearing.

II. Mandatory Disclosures for Government Agents & Claimants

Any individual acting in a representative or official capacity must provide the following prior to any engagement:

• Full legal name and Government/Professional Identification Number.
• Full corporate or agency mailing address and direct contact for a superior/supervisor.
• BOND DISCLOSURE: Official Surety Bond Number, Surety Company Name, and Bond Claim contact information.
• Certified Copy of Oath of Office and/or Professional License.
• Verified Affidavit stating the specific lawful authority and jurisdiction under which the agent acts.
• Original Court Order or Warrant bearing a wet-ink signature of a Judge (if applicable).

Notice of Liability: Any attempted service or contact lacking full disclosure will be rejected as void ab initio. Unauthorized attempts to engage the Office of the General Executor or the Trust may be treated as Trespass, Color of Law, and Breach of Fiduciary Trust, and will be prosecuted against the individual's personal and professional surety bonds under the Trust’s Private Fee Schedule.

III. General Terms & Reservation of Rights

• Administrative Review: Requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days.
• Validation: No appointment is valid unless confirmed via Written Fiduciary Directive.
• Recording: All encounters are recorded and entered into the Permanent Trust Record.
• Jurisdictional Immunity: This notice serves as a formal reservation of all rights under the Law of Nations and Private International Law.
