Article I: Nature of the Private Member Association
APEX SOURCE ADMINISTRATION is a Private Member Association (PMA) operating under the absolute protection of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th Amendments of the Constitution for the United States. We are a private, extra-statutory body of men and women. This Association is **NOT** a corporation, **NOT** a business trust, and **NOT** a creature of any statutory legislature. We exist in the **Private Domain**, where the power to contract is absolute and inviolable.
II. JURISDICTIONAL FIREWALL & NON-ASSUMPSIT

1. NO PUBLIC DISCLOSURE: All activities, records, and assets of Apex Source Administration are private and confidential. No public agent or agency has the authority to inspect, audit, or regulate this PMA without a specific, wet-ink contract signed by the Managing Director in the Private.

2. NON-RESIDENT STANDING: This PMA does not "reside" within the federal district or any statutory "state." We are foreign to the corporate jurisdiction of the United States and its political subdivisions.

3. IMMUNITY FROM STATUTE: As a private association, we operate under Common Law and Law of Nations. Statutory codes, rules, and "orders" apply only to those who are "persons" or "residents" within the public venue. We explicitly refuse to be characterized as such.

Article III: Self-Executing Hold Harmless & Indemnity
NOTICE is hereby given: Any agent attempting to interfere with the private business of this PMA or its members shall be held **personally liable** in their private capacity. All members of the Gard Family Trust and the officers of Apex Source Administration are held Cold & Harmless and are fully Indemnified against all public claims. Any trespass creates a Self-Executing Maritime Lien against the official's bond for the sum of no less than $1,000,000.00 USD per violation.
