ARTICLE I: THE SELF-EXECUTING POWER OF ATTORNEY BE IT KNOWN
that any official, agent, or entity—human or artificial—who attempts to interfere with, trespass upon, or administratively process the 'House of Gard' or its members without a wet-ink, private contract, hereby grants the House of Gard an irrevocable power of attorney to confess judgment against them in their private capacity. Engagement with the Trust Res, the Vessel, or the Living Soul known as Daniel-Wayne; of the Gard Family, following this public notice, constitutes Tacit Procurement of Services and an absolute agreement to all Tariffs and Penalty Liens recorded herein. This contract is non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) and is perfected via the Laws of Nations.
ARTICLE II: WARRANT OF FIDUCIARY TARIFFS
This Warrant serves as the formal Schedule of Fees for any unauthorized interaction or trespass against the Estate. Any actor who initiates contact is hereby billed at the following rates: UNAUTHORIZED DOOR-KNOCKING / HOME TRESPASS: $75,000 per occurrence. ISSUANCE OF CITATIONS, TICKETS, OR CORPORATE FINES: $50,000 per page. UNAUTHORIZED REPOSSESSION / SEIZURE OF VESSEL (VEHICLE): $250,000,000 per event. TELEPHONIC INTERROGATION / FIDUCIARY INTERACTION: $5,000 per minute. KIDNAPPING / ILLEGAL DETENTION: $1,000,000 per second. WEAPONRY DISPLAYED IN PRESENCE OF THE RES: $5,000,000,000 per event.
ARTICLE III: JURISDICTIONAL PREEMINENCE
This Mandate constitutes the Supreme Law of the Case. All acts performed under this Warrant are protected under Jure Imperii status. This digital venue serves as the Official Public Square and Notice of Record for the Gard Family Trust and the Estate of Daniel-Wayne; of the Gard Family. This entity is a Private, Express, Irrevocable Trust established under Private Law for the security, preservation, and fiduciary management of the Gard lineage and its protected beneficiaries.
All public and private actors are hereby given notice that the affairs of the Trust are managed exclusively by the General Executor and the Corporate Trustee, Brainchild Property Group, Inc.
