This Decree formally establishes that all activities, energies, and records of the Principal and the GARD FAMILY TRUST are conducted exclusively within a Private, Non-Domestic Venue. This sanctuary is situated outside the statutory jurisdiction of any corporate sub-division, municipality, or federal territory. We operate strictly under the Law of Nations (Jus Gentium), the Declaration of Independence (1776), and the Articles of Confederation (1777).

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1603 and IRM 21.1.3.3, the Office of the General Executor does not consent to, nor recognize, any maritime Admiralty rules, statutory commercial codes, or foreign jurisdictional presumptions. This Venue is Inviolable. Any attempt to impose foreign law, initiate "joinder," or compel performance within the public theater is a Trespass on the Case, a Violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242, and a fundamental Breach of Contract.

Any entity seeking to challenge the validity of this Venue must present a verified, point-for-point rebuttal under the penalties of perjury and full commercial liability. Failure to respond within 72 hours of publication constitutes a Binding Tacit Agreement to all terms herein and a total waiver of all future defenses or claims against the Estate.
