NOTICE: This Private Indemnity Agreement is a perfected commercial instrument. All officers, members, and beneficiaries of the GARD FAMILY TRUST and APEX SOURCE ADMINISTRATION are hereby held COLD AND HARMLESS. No private liability, statutory obligation, or commercial debt shall attach to the living men and women associated with this PMA.
Article I: TOTAL INDEMNIFICATION. The Trust Res (Assets) of the Gard Family Trust shall indemnify any member of the PMA for any actions taken in the fulfillment of their private duties. No member shall be required to answer to any public forum for private associations.
Article II: ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY. Any attempt by a third-party agent to "pierce the private veil" of this PMA constitutes a trespass vi et armis. Such trespass triggers an immediate and automatic Maritime Lien against the individual bonding of the trespasser.
Article III: RATIFICATION BY SILENCE. Failure to provide a sworn, point-by-point rebuttal of this Standing within 72 hours of any interaction constitutes a Total Default and a permanent waiver of all future claims against the PMA and its members.

Article I: Status of the Indemnitee
LET IT BE RECORDED: All members of the GARD FAMILY TRUST and APEX SOURCE ADMINISTRATION are held COLD AND HARMLESS. The Trust Res provides absolute Private Indemnity against any and all public claims, statutory "orders," or commercial trespasses.
II. COMMERCIAL LIEN TRIGGER
1. NO ATTACHMENT: No liability, debt, or "person-based" obligation shall attach to the Managing Director or Beneficiaries.
2. PRIVATE IMMUNITY: This PMA operates in the Private Domain. Any interference constitutes a breach of the peace and a commercial injury.
3. BOND LIABILITY: Any agent attempting to bypass this Indemnity Agreement shall be billed at the rate of $1,000,000.00 USD per hour, secured by their official bond.
