THIS Mandate is the Supreme Law of the Case. The Living Man, Daniel-Wayne; of the Gard Family, enters this record as a Non-Suitor. I do not "appear" in your venue; I stand as a Foreign Sovereign in my own venue. Any attempt to associate the Living Man with a corporate NOM-DE-GUERRE (DANIEL W. GARD) or to imply joinder with the PMA Trustee without express written consent is a Fatal Jurisdictional Defect and a trespass upon the Private Domain.
II. Declaration of Incompetency of Venue

1. ZERO JOINDER / PRIVATE DOMAIN: By this declaration of Non-Assumpsit, all "presumed" joinder is severed. The PMA (Apex Source Administration) operates outside the public collective. I do not "speak" your statutory language, and I do not recognize the "color of law" within your commercial forum.

2. NON-SUITOR STATUS: As a Non-Suitor, I am not a party to the "Social Contract" or any Civil Rules of Procedure. No Judge, Magistrate, or Clerk has the In Personam jurisdiction to issue an order against the House of Gard or the PMA assets.

3. THE 72-HOUR REBUTTAL CLAUSE: This record stands as Truth in Commerce unless rebutted point-for-point, by a living man in his own capacity, under penalty of perjury, within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to rebut constitutes a Confession of Judgment and a permanent waiver of all defenses.

4. SYSTEMIC LOCKOUT: Any administrative algorithm or corporate agent is hereby commanded to flag all associated files as "EXTRA-STATUTORY / NO STANDING / PERMANENT BAR." Any further solicitation will be billed at the rates established in the Fiduciary Fee Schedule.
