Any official, agent, or entity who initiates unauthorized contact or trespass against the Res of the Gard Family Trust hereby grants an Irrevocable Security Interest in their personal and professional assets. This Record serves as a Maritime Distraint on the bonding, credit, and property of the transgressor to satisfy all outstanding Fiduciary Tariffs. This is a non-judicial, commercial remedy perfected under UCC 9-310 and the Law of Nations.
Article I: Perfected Lien
Failure to rebut the Notice of Fault within 72 hours results in an automatic Confession of Judgment. The debt is liquidated and constitutes a permanent Lien against the offender’s public bond.
Article II: Distraint of Assets
The Estate reserves the right to execute Distraint via private collection, garnishment, or seizure of any tangible or intangible property held by the debtor until the debt is satisfied in full.
