Absolute Immunity of the Trustee / Fiduciary
PROCLAMATION: Be it known to all public, private, and corporate entities that the Trustee(s) of the GARD FAMILY TRUST act solely in a representative capacity. No personal, private, or commercial liability shall ever attach to the living man acting as Trustee. All obligations, debts, and responsibilities are restricted to the Trust Res exclusively and are secured by the Warrant of Fiduciary Tariffs.
Article I: Representative Status
The Trustee is not an "accommodation party" for the Trust. All signatures are executed under U.C.C. 3-402(b)(1), signifying representative capacity only. No joinder is created by interaction.
Article II: Commercial Shield
Personal assets of the Trustee are immune from levy, seizure, or attachment. Any attempt to bypass this shield triggers an automatic Maritime Lien against the trespasser's personal bond.
