Article I: Perfected Security Interest in Official Bonds
BE IT KNOWN, that Apex Source Administration (PMA), as Trustee for the GARD FAMILY TRUST, hereby asserts a superior Security Interest in the Public Official Bond of any agent who commits a trespass against the Private Domain. This interest is perfected via the Laws of Nations and the Universal Commercial Code. Your Oath of Office is the contract; your Bond is the collateral.
II. MANDATE OF PERMANENT DISQUALIFICATION
1. AUTOMATIC ATTACHMENT: Any interference with the Trust Res triggers an immediate Maritime Lien against the transgressor’s official bond. This is a non-judicial distraint of the bond’s face value to satisfy the debt.
2. LOSS OF BONDABILITY: All Risk Management Officers are hereby notified: This official is Uninsurable. No bond shall be issued or renewed once this Lien is perfected via recordation.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE DEFAULT: Failure to provide a sworn, point-by-point rebuttal within 72 hours constitutes a Total Default and a confession that the bond has been lawfully seized to indemnify the Estate.
4. TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY: Without a valid bond, your authority is **voided**. You are hereby flagged in all administrative systems as **"EXTRA-STATUTORY / NO STANDING / PERMANENT BAR."**
