Mandate of Fiduciary Conscription & Estoppel
Article I: Conscription by Oath of Office
THIS Mandate serves as the formal Conscription of all public officials into the service of the GARD FAMILY TRUST. By your **Oath of Office**, you have already contracted to protect the property of the People. This Mandate specifically identifies the **Trust Res** of the House of Gard as private property under your absolute Fiduciary care.
II. Strict Liability & Administrative Estoppel
1. ACCEPTANCE BY CONDUCT: Any public official who, after receiving this notice, continues to hold office or attempts to exercise any administrative "process" against the Estate, hereby accepts the role of **Substitute Trustee**. Your continued service constitutes Acceptance by Conduct.
2. BREACH OF TRUST: Any act that causes a loss of value, time, or liberty to the Estate is a **Breach of Fiduciary Duty**. As my Trustee, you are prohibited from bringing any "claim" against your own Principal. To do so is a **Fatal Conflict of Interest**.
3. PERSONAL INDEMNIFICATION: You are hereby commanded to indemnify the House of Gard against all public claims. You are personally liable for the full amount of any "penalty" or "tax" you attempt to levy, as you are the Trustee responsible for preventing such losses.
4. UNREBUTTABLE RECORD: Failure to provide a sworn, point-by-point rebuttal within 72 hours constitutes your **Permanent Agreement** to these terms and the attachment of your **Private Assets/Bond** as collateral for your performance.
