Article I: Jurisdictional Preeminence & Estoppel
THIS Mandate constitutes the Supreme Law of the Case. Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Any person or entity who initiates contact, attempts to exercise jurisdiction, or demands payment in private commercial debt instruments while denying the Pre-Authorized Credit of the Trust, hereby accepts this as a Self-Executing Contract in Fact.
MANDATORY DISCHARGE: Pursuant to HJR-192 and Public Policy, the use of Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) constitutes the passing of a debt, not the payment of a debt. The Gard Family Trust holds Unlimited Credit for the discharge of all public and private obligations via the Treasury. Denying the use of this credit is a violation of international commercial law and constitutes a High Tort against the Estate.
