Corporate Trustee

BRAINCHILD PROPERTY GROUP, INC. (the "Trustee") is hereby chartered as the absolute Master Custodian of the GARD FAMILY TRUST. The Trustee holds the Legal Title and Administrative Burdens of the Estate as a Nominee Entity, ensuring that the Trust Res is perpetually sequestered from the public commercial venue. All property managed by the Trustee is private property of the Estate and is immune from attachment, levy, or seizure under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA).

The Trustee functions as a Transmitting Utility pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code. It is authorized to facilitate all financial interactions between the Private Trust and the Public Commercial World, including the perfection of Security Interests and the Set-Off of liabilities via the Trust’s Bonded Promissory Note (BPN) Series. The Trustee is the designated conduit for all 12 U.S.C. § 411 and 31 U.S.C. § 3123 presentments.

The Trustee operates solely as an Administrative Instrument of the General Executor. Any corporate action taken without the explicit, wet-ink authorization and seal of Daniel-Wayne; of the Gard Family is ultra vires and void ab initio. The Trustee is a private fiduciary house, dedicated to the dynastic preservation and commercial supremacy of the Gard Family lineage.
