How to Build a Private Website as Your Lawful Venue & Public Record Repository

The public record is not limited to county offices or clerk filings. In truth, you are the administrator of your own lawful domain—online and off. With a secure, properly structured website, you can publish lawful notices, upload trust records, and establish your own private venue for communication, remedy, and trust governance. This article reveals how I built Gard Family Trust©’s secure website and transitioned from county filing to private publication.

1. Why a Private Website Matters in Lawful Process

Traditional public notice involves filing at a courthouse, newspaper, or publishing board. But under trust law, contract law, and commercial notice principles, lawful publication can also occur on a secured, accessible platform—so long as:

  • The notices are dated, documented, and witnessed if required
  • The public (or agents served) are given the URL and access credentials
  • Silence = acquiescence applies once they view or are notified of the content

This lawful venue approach ensures:

  • Control over who accesses your trust documents
  • No theft or copy-paste “guru” interference
  • 24/7 ability to update, timestamp, and publish content with proof of access

2. How I Created the Website for Gard Family Trust©

Here’s the simple structure I used:

  • Domain Name: GardFamilyTrust.org (clean, clear, trust-based)
  • Platform: WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce for digital downloads
  • Security:
    • Password-protected pages for private trust files
    • Public notice page preceding the protected area
    • Hosting with SSL and access logs for documentation

Page Structure Example:

Page Purpose
Homepage Mission, slogan, trust services
Blog Lawful remedies, case victories, notices
Notice Repository [Password Protected] Uploaded trust docs
Legal Notice Page Public-facing disclosure before entering vault
Contact Inquiries and confirmations

3. Sample Legal Notice Before Protected Page

Here’s what I posted before the password wall, which anyone accessing must read:

NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT. NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL.
You are now entering the public record repository of the Irrevocable GARD FAMILY TRUST©.
All declarations herein are published for lawful notice and trust governance. These records establish private control, estate claim, and lawful standing.
Silence is acquiescence. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these published facts.

You may add your wax seal or document trust seal beneath.

4. How I Used This Lawfully

When I sent lawful notices to:

  • IRS
  • SSA
  • Treasury
  • Secretary of State
  • Billing agencies and courts

…I included this language (example redacted):

Please refer to my published public record repository located at:
https://gardfamilytrust.org/prepagenotice
Password: [RedactedForAgentsOnly]
All legal declarations, certificates, disclaimers, and affidavits referenced in this matter are published therein. By accessing, reviewing, or failing to rebut, you accept all facts stated.

This eliminated the need for continual physical filings, while maintaining lawful standing.

5. What to Upload (Examples)

  • Certificate of Trust (Redacted)
  • Affidavit of Status and Standing
  • Notice of Executor Authority
  • Disclaimer of Interest
  • Judgments
  • UCC-1 (secured version, Exhibit B redacted)
  • Fee Schedule

Keep copies both digitally and physically (notarized if desired), and use PDF format for tamper resistance.

6. Maintaining Your Lawful Venue Long-Term

  • Keep server logs and timestamps of all changes or uploads
  • Include version control: (e.g., v1.2 updated May 2025)
  • Ensure accessibility with clean links when citing in letters
  • Optionally register your domain as part of your trust property

Conclusion:

The shift from county clerk dependency to private control is a hallmark of true trusteeship and estate governance. A secured private website lets you create your own record, serve your notices, and document remedy—on your terms, with your authority.

Your lawful venue is not given to you… it’s declared. And backed by notice, standing, and silence.
