We are living men and women, competent, sui juris, and divinely endowed with unalienable rights, operating in honor, truth, and full commercial liability. Our Executive Trustee, Daniel-Wayne; of the Gard Family, serves as Grantor, Trustee, and Executor, administering the affairs of the Trust and the DANIEL WAYNE GARD ESTATE™ with absolute fiduciary duty, bonded obligation, and lawful authority.
